The above prices are given for one page in one of the above given publications. If the size of advertisement is half page only, prices will be decreased proportionally.

Payment

Term of Payment: 50 %- following the signature of contract, 100 % by 1 August 2008 the latest.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

After 24 July 2008: No refund

Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please specify the name and address of the person, authorized to sign the contract and to whom we can send the invoice.
